  • Minor or interior cities: Delivery within 2-5 working days.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Weekend deliveries depend on the courier service. Some orders may be delivered on weekends.

Can I collect my order from a local store?
Yes, we offer a reserve and collect service in Karachi only.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with a tracking number. Use it to track your order's status.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect phone number or address provided.
  • Failure to confirm the order via phone.
  • Please ensure to pick up calls from unknown numbers to avoid cancellations.
  • Bank transfer orders do not require phone confirmation and are dispatched once payment is made.

Why didn’t I receive my complete order?
Before dispatch, we conduct a thorough quality control check. If an item is unavailable or doesn't meet our standards, it will be removed from your order.
